🗑️ How do I delete my account?

You can delete your account at any time. We provide two options:

Option 1: Email Request (Current)
Send an email to support@fuseo.site with the subject line "Account Deletion Request" and include your registered email address. We'll process your request within 48 hours.

Option 2: In-App Deletion (Coming Soon)
Navigate to Settings > Account > Delete Account and follow the prompts.

What gets deleted:

  • Your profile, photos, and personal information
  • All messages and chat history
  • Your matches and swipe history
  • Location data and preferences

Timeline: Most data is deleted within 30 days. Some data may persist in backups for up to 90 days, then is automatically purged.

Note: Account deletion is permanent and cannot be undone. You cannot recover your account, matches, or messages after deletion.

🛡️ How do I report or block inappropriate users?

Fuseo has zero tolerance for objectionable content and abusive behavior. We provide comprehensive safety tools:

Reporting Features:

  • Report Profiles: Tap the menu icon on any profile and select "Report"
  • Report Messages: Long-press any message and select "Report"
  • Report in Chats: Use the chat menu to report users for violations

Blocking Features:

  • Block any user instantly from their profile or chat
  • Blocked users cannot message you or see your profile
  • All content from blocked users is removed from your feed
  • When you block someone, our moderation team is automatically notified

Our Response:

  • All reports are reviewed within 24 hours
  • Urgent safety issues are reviewed immediately
  • Violators are removed from the platform immediately
  • Serious violations may be reported to law enforcement

⚠️ What content is not allowed on Fuseo?

Fuseo has ZERO TOLERANCE for objectionable content. The following is strictly prohibited:

  • Sexual Content: Nudity, pornography, sexually explicit material, or sexual harassment
  • Violence: Graphic violence, threats, or promotion of self-harm
  • Hate Speech: Content that attacks or discriminates based on race, ethnicity, religion, gender, sexual orientation, disability, or other protected characteristics
  • Harassment: Bullying, stalking, doxxing, or persistent unwanted contact
  • Illegal Content: Promotion of illegal activities, drug use, or criminal behavior
  • Child Exploitation: Any content depicting or promoting child exploitation or abuse
  • Spam and Fraud: Deceptive schemes, scams, or misleading information
  • Terrorism: Content promoting terrorism or violent extremism

Enforcement: Violations result in immediate content removal and may lead to account suspension or permanent ban. We report illegal content to law enforcement.

How do I create an account?

Download the Fuseo app from Google Play or the App Store. Register with your email, create a profile, select your category (Startup, Trading, Personal Development, or Influencer), and upload at least one photo. You'll need to enable location services for matching.

How does matching work?

Fuseo uses a smart algorithm to match you with compatible collaborators based on your category preferences, skills, goals, location, and compatibility scores. Swipe right to like, left to pass, or superlike for priority visibility. When both users swipe right, it's a match!

Is Fuseo free to use?

Yes! Fuseo is currently completely free to use with all features available to every user. We may introduce premium features in the future, but the core networking functionality will always be accessible.

Can I change my category after registration?

Yes! You can change your category and update your preferences at any time through the app settings. Your matches will be updated to reflect your new category preferences.

How is my location data used?

Your location is used only for matching purposes. Other users see an approximate distance (e.g., "5 km away"), not your exact coordinates. You can set your preferred matching distance from 10km to Worldwide. For more details, see our Privacy Policy.

What happens to my data when I delete my account?

When you delete your account, all your personal data is permanently removed from our servers within 30 days. This includes your profile, photos, messages, matches, location data, and account information. Some data may remain in backup systems for up to 90 days before being automatically purged. How do I update my profile or photos?

Navigate to Settings > Edit Profile in the app. You can update your bio, photos, category preferences, and personal information at any time. Changes are saved immediately and reflected to other users.

What should I do if I encounter a technical issue?

For technical issues, please email support@fuseo.site with details about the problem, including your device type, operating system, and steps to reproduce the issue. We typically respond within 48-72 hours.
