  • Note: Disabling location access will limit matching functionality
Push Notifications:
  • Manage notification preferences through your device settings
  • Disable notifications at any time (may affect user experience)
Chat and Communication:
  • Delete messages you've sent (only from your view)
  • Leave group chats
  • Block or report users
Account Deletion:
  • Request complete account deletion by contacting support@fuseo.site
  • Upon deletion, we will remove your profile, photos, messages, and matches
  • Some data may be retained for legal compliance or legitimate business purposes

5. Data Retention

We retain your personal information for as long as necessary to provide the App's services and fulfill the purposes outlined in this Privacy Policy.

Active Accounts:
  • Your data is retained while your account is active
Deleted Accounts:
  • After you delete your account, we will delete or anonymize your personal information within 30 days
  • Some information may be retained in backup systems for up to 90 days
  • We may retain certain information longer if required by law or for legitimate business purposes (e.g., fraud prevention, legal disputes)
Messages and Photos:
  • Chat messages are retained while both users maintain active accounts
  • Photos uploaded to Cloudinary are deleted when you delete your account or remove specific photos
  • Matched users may retain copies of messages in their chat history

  • Aggregated, anonymized usage data may be retained indefinitely for analytics purposes

6. Data Security

We implement appropriate technical and organizational measures to protect your personal information against unauthorized access, alteration, disclosure, or destruction.

Fuseo is not intended for users under the age of 18. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 18.
